Mexico has been struggling with severe economic and social issues over the past century, collectively leading to today’s current issues of poverty, drug cartels, violence that results in daily fatalities of adults and children caught in the crossfire. Throughout the entire country, the barbarian cartels battle among one another, refusing to stop fighting for anyone that may be in their way, not even the children. All of the chaos within Mexico’s society contributes to the hardship and suffering that many face with lack of education, proper healthcare, and poverty. It is plain to see why Mexico has roughly 1,400,000 orphaned children throughout the country.
These children are in need of a way to cope with the hardships bestowed upon them by society. The importance for nurturing touch and care for the children in this country will an empowering catalyst to promote peace and break the cycle of the longtime civil wars.
The Liddle Kidz Foundation Global programs support children who are emotionally traumatized with supportive nurturing care and emotionally appropriate nurturing touch therapy to support healing. Having fears and worries, that are far beyond their years can be traumatizing for children. It is our goal that we help the children remember they are children.
