THE DESCENDENT

Tina began her journey in the field of Pedatric Touch Therapy and Integrative Solutions over 20 years ago.

She led the integrative team at Children's Hospital Los Angeles and developed the first ever recognized pediatric touch therapy pilot program in the United States.

Even the most motivated people who welcome change often encounter stumbling blocks that make transformation more complicated than they'd originally anticipated. Real change happens slow and steady.

Tina follows a simple strategy. If you want people to start doing something new, talk about the pros and cons of change versus the risks and benefits of staying the same. Show them how change will be helpful before expecting them to behave differently.
